Me2You Case Study 2
Resource Sharing Platform
Me2You Pre-Launch Case Study
As a founding team member of Dory Tech, we designed Me2You, an award-winning resource-sharing platform in Hong Kong. It is a platform designed to connect our community, help distribute idle items and ultimately reduce waste.
Our team believes in user-centric design thinking, focusing on the ‘why’s before solutions. So we started with research, and interviews to dig deep into different user scenarios, pain points and gather feedback so we can better understand what seems to be the problem, and what we should help solve.

Challenges
Shopping is very accessible and easy for consumers online and offline in Hong Kong. In a small city where space is very limited, the more people buy, the more products are being thrown away each day.
Hong Kong throws away 6.4 tonnes of waste every day, but how much of them are actual waste?
