Diversity & Inclusion

Williams Lea Tag’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee

Williams Lea Tag was founded in 1820 with over 5k employees. I was elected to design a logo and a series of posters for the Diversity and Inclusion Committee of the company. The logo had to reference William Lea Tag’s existing logo but look distinctively different from it. So, I decided to make a colorful logo formed by simple elements people could easily recognize. The series of posters focused on a series of topics the committee wanted to emphasize. They were intended to be posted around the office, so they needed to be loud and eye-catching. And at the end, I got inspired by road signs and avoided a text-heavy approach. I was pleased with the end result, as they were informative and engaging at the same time.
